Potato Wedges

Ingredients

- 1 kilo potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- A pinch of rosemary
- A pinch of fennel herb
- 1 tablespoon oregano (wild thyme)
- 2 garlic cloves
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper paste
- A pinch of potato seasoning (if available)
- A pinch of paprika
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the potatoes well and cut them evenly without peeling; add 2 tablespoons olive oil, rosemary leaves, a pinch of fennel seeds, 1 tablespoon oregano or wild thyme, two crushed or mashed garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, salt, 1 tablespoon red pepper paste, and a little potato seasoning; place the seasoned potatoes on a tray after spreading them out well, cover with foil, and put in a preheated oven; place the tray in the middle of the oven for about one third of an hour (monitor occasionally), then remove the foil and brown them on top and sprinkle with paprika while hot.
