  • 1 cup fine bulgur

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Peel the potatoes, clean them, and boil them over medium heat until tender.
  2. Add fine bulgur; the amount depends on the quantity of potatoes you want to prepare, and you can use bulgur equal to half the amount of potatoes.
  3. Mix the boiled potatoes and fine bulgur together just as you would for kibbeh, then add the kamouneh spice blend, olive oil, and salt.
