Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
- In a bowl combine oat flour, salt, rosemary, pepper, and baking powder and mix well
- In another bowl place the egg, cheese, and oil and whisk them well until fully combined
- Put the flour mixture over the cheese mixture and knead until blended; place a sheet of parchment paper, then the dough, then another sheet of parchment paper on top
- Roll out the dough and cut it into squares, sprinkle with rosemary, and place them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 or 20 minutesTimers: 20 min
- Brown the Savory Oat and Cheese Biscuits slightly on top, let them cool to room temperature, then store them in an airtight container until needed
