Cheesecake cups... a delightful homemade treat and sure to bring smiles — this quantity makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- Crumbled cake, about half a cake (flavor of your choice)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- A pinch of vanilla
- 1 tub Philadelphia cream cheese or 8 Kiri portions
- 1/4 cup Nestlé sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup strawberry (fraise) sauce with pieces of strawberry

Method
- Press the crumbled cake down first to form the base layer in each of the six cups.
- Whip the cream until it thickens, then fold it together with the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and the cheese.
- Divide this mixture over the base layer.
- Spoon the strawberry (fraise) sauce over the top.
- Serve the cheesecake cups chilled from the fridge after a few hours.
