Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Seasonings for boiling
- Salt
- Oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon flour
Method
- Rub the chicken with lemon and vinegar, then wash it with water and drain well.
- Boil it with the seasonings until cooked through.
- Keep the strained stock, free of the seasonings.
- Brush a baking tray with a little oil, place the chicken on it, and sprinkle with a little salt.
- Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C from the bottom for 20 minutes.Timers: 20 min
- Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pan, sauté the chopped onion until softened, then add the minced garlic and stir until lightly golden.
- Add the chicken stock, salt, spices, and flour to the onion and garlic, then stir well until the flour dissolves and the mixture thickens.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the oven... and brown it from the top for 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- Serve the curry chicken thighs immediately with white rice.
