- 2 cups chicken flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk powder
- 1 tablespoon yellow spice - turmeric
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
Method

- Whisk all the safouf ingredients together until you have a smooth, homogeneous batter.
- Grease an oven pan lightly with tahini, pour the safouf batter into it, and let it rest for about half an hour.

- Once the safouf is cooked and the top is browned, remove it from the oven, brush the surface with syrup (qatr), let it cool, then cut it to taste.
