Spinach Stew with Ground Meat
Spinach stew with ground meat... a very tasty, delicious, and easy recipe. The main thing is to clean the spinach well, and the rest is easy! Serve it with rice with vermicelli and a squeeze of lemon.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kilo coarsely chopped spinach (or cut as desired)
- 300 grams ground meat
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon crushed, pounded, or minced hot pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 or 2 cups boiling water

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Brown the ground meat in the pot until cooked
- Add the garlic, cilantro, hot pepper, and salt over the meat and stir well until the vegetables soften
- Add the chopped, washed, and drained spinach... and stir it
- When the spinach starts to cook and releases its liquid and we get a broth from the spinach water.. then add one cup boiling water or two cups as needed
- Let the spinach cook.. it will not need much time after adding the water.. from 10 to 20 minutesTimers: 20 min
- Finally add the lemon juice, stir, and turn off the heat
- Serve the spinach stew with fluffy rice
