Ingredients:

500 g chicken breast, cut into small strips 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 tsp paprika (sweet red pepper powder) A pinch of white pepper A pinch of seven-spice mix (baharat) A pinch of salt 2 tbsp fine cornstarch

Preparation method:

Place the flour, breadcrumbs, cornstarch, paprika, white pepper, seven-spice mix, and salt in a bag and shake until well combined
Add the chicken strips to the bag and toss again so the coating sticks well to each piece
Place the egg-free chicken nuggets on a plate and refrigerate for about half an hour
After the time has passed, fry the egg-free chicken nuggets in oil and serve with fries and coleslaw, or as desired
