Noi pasta with chicken and cream — a recipe loved by both kids and adults

Ingredients:

Boiled chicken Noi pasta, cooked until half-done (al dente) 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour 4 cups chicken stock (from boiling the chicken) 1 cup milk 1/4 cup grated kashkaval or other cheese for the sauce Salt White pepper 1 cup liquid cooking cream Grated cheese for the top

Method:

After boiling the chicken, set it aside.
Cook the pasta until half done (al dente) and set it aside to drain.
In a large pot or pan, melt the butter and add the flour, stirring quickly, then add the chicken stock and milk.
Stir quickly to prevent the flour from clumping — using a whisk is preferable.
Add the cheese, salt, and white pepper and stir until the cheese melts.
When the sauce thickens slightly, add the pasta and let it finish cooking in the sauce.
Add the cream and let it come to a slight boil for a short time.
Add the deboned chicken and mix, then sprinkle cheese on top.
Place the noi pasta with chicken and cream in the oven and broil from the top until the cheese melts and just colors.
