3 eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 level teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Beat the eggs with the sugar well until the sugar dissolves.
Add the liquids and beat, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well until the batter is smooth.
Grease the pan lightly with a little tahini and oil.
Pour the orange and butter cake batter into the pan and place it in the oven.
Put the pan on the middle rack and bake for about 40 minutes at 170°C (about 338°F). Watch closely — baking time may vary depending on your oven.
Test the cake with a small wooden skewer.
Let it cool to room temperature before serving.
