Banana and Chocolate Cake topped with Sugar Glaze

Ingredients: 4 small bananas 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon lemon zest 150 g sugar 120 g melted butter 200 g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 50 g chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C... In a bowl, mash the bananas well with a fork, then add the eggs, vanilla, and lemon zest and mix... Add the sugar and melted butter and mix with a whisk, then add the flour and baking powder and mix well, then add the chocolate chips... Grease a cake pan with butter and flour, pour in the batter evenly, then place it in a tray and bake in the oven for 45 minutes, browning the top slightly... When done, remove it from the oven and let it cool aside... In a bowl, put half a cup of sifted powdered sugar and gradually add the liquid milk until the sugar dissolves and you have a smooth, thick sauce. Then add a little yellow food coloring. Put the sauce in a piping bag and decorate the cooled cake with it!!
