- Two and a half cups crushed digestive biscuits
- Half a cup unsalted butter, melted
- Filling ingredients:
- Sweetened condensed milk, 1 can
- Two cups water
- Half a cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 500 g strawberries, hulled, washed, and halved
- 5 tablespoons strawberry jam
Method
- Mix the crushed biscuits and butter in a bowl and knead together until a dough forms. Press the dough into a springform pan or cheesecake mold, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- Place the sweetened condensed milk, water, and cornstarch in a large saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the orange blossom water and stir.
- Pour the hot cream mixture over the cake pan or biscuit base we prepared earlier...
- Set the biscuit and cream pan aside until cool. Once completely cooled, arrange the strawberries on top.
- Place the strawberry jam in a small saucepan over low heat to warm it slightly. When warm, spoon it over the strawberries.
