1/2 cup coconut oil or butter1/2 cup brown or white sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1 egg1 cup all-purpose flour1 1/4 cups rolled oats1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup dried cranberries or any dried fruit1/2 cup white or dark chocolate chips1/4 cup chopped walnuts - optional
