Potato Kibbeh Filling

Note

Be sure to knead the boiled potatoes well with the powdered milk and spices so the kibbeh does not fall apart while frying. We recommend testing one potato kibbeh ball first; if it falls apart during frying, you can add two tablespoons of flour to the potato mixture to help bind it together.
