In the electric blender, beat 1/2 cup liquid milk, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup cocoa

Using a hand or electric whisk, beat the eggs with the vanilla and lemon zest, then add the sugar after a short while and continue beating until it completely dissolves
