Qatayef batter

2 cups flour1 cup fine semolina2 1/2 cups lukewarm water1 cup liquid milk1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon yeast1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon baking powderA splash of rose water

1 liter milkA very small cup of lemon juice, or 1/4 cup1 tablespoon yogurt1 ready-made container of qaimar ashtaa, or 1 container mascarpone cheese

Step 1

Blend all the qatayef batter ingredients in a blender for several minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined
