1 kg flour2 tablespoons instant yeast1 tablespoon sugar1 medium tablespoon salt2 tablespoons powdered milk1 small cup olive oil1 small cup vegetable oil3 cups warm water (you can increase the amount of water according to the dough's needs)

Pizza filling

4 garlic cloves1 teaspoon saltHalf a cup oil1 can of tomato sauce1 tablespoon oregano (wild thyme)1 tablespoon basilYou can add any type of vegetables to the sauce and add cheese and shrimp or prawns or even chicken and meat as desired.

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients and knead with the warm water. You can add more water until you get a soft but cohesive dough. Let it rest for about an hour.
