Ingredients:

1 tub of spreadable cheese (cream cheese)

1 tub of soft cheese spread

pinch of white pepper

pinch of cheddar cheese

1 bell pepper, finely minced

3 green onions, finely minced

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 cup finely crushed crackers

Preparation:

Remove the red pepper stem and set aside wrapped securely in paper towels and plastic wrap.

Blend the different cheeses in a blender until smooth.

Add the red pepper, green onions, cornstarch, and crushed crackers to the cheese mixture and mix well with a little cheddar cheese.

Lay a sheet of plastic wrap; sprinkle a little orange cheddar on it, then pour the cheese mixture and spread the rest of the cheddar.

Roll the plastic wrap tightly around the cheese and shape into a log by twisting the plastic in opposite directions.

Tie it tightly with a thin string and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

When the cheese sets, carefully and slowly remove the plastic wrap.

Garnish with the red pepper stem and serve with salted crackers or crackers.
