Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

1 medium onion

300 grams fettuccine pasta

2 cups liquid milk

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon flour

1/4 cup cooking cream

1 cup chopped mushrooms

1/2 cup mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

A pinch of white pepper

A pinch of salt

Chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation:

We start by finely chopping the garlic cloves, then heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add a little of the chopped garlic.

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes, then add them to the butter and garlic and stir well until the chicken turns a light golden color and browns slightly. Add a little salt and white pepper to taste.

In another pot, add the remaining butter and garlic. Chop the onion into small pieces and add it to the garlic and butter, then stir over medium heat until the onion becomes light golden. Add the mushrooms and stir together for 5 minutes, then add white pepper and salt to taste.

Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir quickly, then add the cream, or you can also substitute sour cream. Add the milk as well and stir until it comes to a boil. Add the cheese to the mixture, stirring, then add the chicken pieces and leave the mixture over low heat.

Boil the pasta in salted water, then drain it and place it in a serving dish. Pour the sauce over it and garnish with parsley. You can also add a little cheese for garnish.
