Ingredients:

Crust:

200 g biscuits

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Filling:

2 cups yogurt

1 cup cream cheese

2 eggs

Vanilla extract

1 cup sugar

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup powdered milk

Top Layer:

1 packet orange jelly mix

Juice of 1 lemon

Method:

Grind the biscuits with sugar and butter to form the crust. Press into a cheesecake pan. Bake the pan for just 5 minutes.

In the meantime, beat the ingredients for the filling well and spread them over the crust, then return to the oven for about 15 minutes.

Prepare the orange jelly with a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Let the cheesecake cool completely, then top with the jelly. Refrigerate until the jelly sets and the cheesecake is fully cooled before serving.
