500 grams dates2 tablespoons soft butterA pinch of cinnamonA pinch of ground aniseA handful of chopped walnuts - optional

Glaze

1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk + 1 teaspoon vinegarorliquid vanilla + a pinch of Nescafe

Step 1

Mix the dry ingredients, then start adding the liquid ingredients gradually and knead everything together until you get a cohesive dough
