Ingredients:

180 g butter 200 g dark chocolate 1/2 cup flour A pinch of salt 1 cup sugar 3 eggs Chopped walnuts

Method:

Melt the butter with the chocolate in a double boiler.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until you get a pale creamy mixture.
Add the melted butter and chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and whisk well until combined.
Sift the dry ingredients into a separate bowl, then fold them into the wet mixture.
Pour the brownie batter into a prepared baking pan (greased or lined with parchment paper).
Bake the chocolate brownies at 170°C (338°F) for 15 minutes only.
Let the brownies cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for about 6 hours to chill completely before cutting and serving.

Note: Do not bake the brownies more than 15 minutes so they remain fudgy.
