Thin pasta, boiled and drained

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

Vegetable oil

Ground meat

Salt

A pinch of cinnamon

A pinch of seven-spice

A pinch of oregano - dried thyme

Basil - optional

2 tablespoons tomato paste - or as needed

Half a liter of water - or as needed

Boil the pasta, drain it, and set it aside.
In a pot, add a little oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until softened.
Add the ground meat and stir until cooked through.
Add the spices, salt, herbs, tomato paste, and water, and let them come to a boil so the sauce thickens.
Finally, add the boiled pasta and let everything boil together for 5 minutes before removing the pot from the heat.
