1 kilo fine semolinaSkimmed milk powder three quarters of a cup or 75 grams1 cup plus a quarter cup ghee2 cups waterHalf a cup sugar1 tablespoon orange blossom waterSift the dough well after removing it from the oven. After grinding it, put it on the stove and start stirring until it turns brown. When it cools, place it in a tray then pour over it 4 cups qater (sugar syrup) and 4 tablespoons ghee.Shape the mafroukeh as desired on a large wide plate or into small individual portions, garnish with cream and nuts and serve.
