How to Make Strawberry Cake
A wonderful recipe in both looks and taste! Try this strawberry cake recipe and you will definitely love it. You can also replace the strawberries with any similar fruit you have on hand.

- 6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature, or ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup yogurt (you can use strawberry-flavored yogurt)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Medium-cut strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method

- Grease a small baking pan with ghee or butter and flour, and preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Beat the butter with the sugar well until the mixture becomes fluffy and pale.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, continuing to beat.
- Add the yogurt, beating constantly.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add them to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- In a bowl, toss the strawberries with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and place them on top of the cake, without the liquid.
- Place the cake pan in the oven until cooked through.
