How to prepare the cake

Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder and add them to the egg mixture.... Gently fold from the bottom up so it does not deflate, then pour the cake batter into a pan greased with butter and dusted with flour, or lined with baking paper...

Place the cake pan in the oven for 40 minutes at 160 degrees. The baking time may vary depending on the strength of the oven.
