2 packs Lotus biscuits100 g butter2 tablespoons Lotus butter2 sachets ready-made cream powder1 cup liquid milk1 can ready-made cream cheese1 cup or 10 squares cream cheese1 sachet lemon-flavored gelatin1/4 cup water

Step 1

Line the base of the pan with whole Lotus biscuits or Digestive biscuits or any plain biscuits that work. The biscuits must be crushed and mixed with melted butter.
