Ingredients:

Box of ready-made puff pastry sheets, cut into squares

Cream ingredients:

2 cups milk

1/4 cup flour

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon orange blossom water

A pinch of vanilla

1 can ready-made Qaymar cream

Preparation:

Put all ingredients on the stove and stir until the mixture thickens...

Remove from heat and add the ready-made cream.

Shape the puff pastry into triangles and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes, or until they puff up and turn golden.

When the pastry cools, fill with cream and garnish with pistachios; serve with syrup or sugar syrup.
