Ingredients:

6 eggs

2 medium tablespoons baking powder

1 medium tablespoon vanilla

1 cup plus 3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup milk

2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup juice of any kind, as desired and available

Preparation Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in order. Brush the pan with a little vegetable oil, then dust it with a little flour and pour in the cake batter. Place the pan in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through, depending on your oven.

Toffee Sauce:

1 1/4 cups sugar

50 g butter

1 cup warm milk

1 can thick cream

To make the toffee:

Place the sugar over heat until it melts completely, then add the butter, milk, and cream. Stir well until the sugar forms a paste.

Continue stirring well until the sugar dissolves... Leave the toffee aside to cool, then decorate the cake with it...
