How to Make the Easiest and Tastiest Beef Shawarma
Beef shawarma is a delicious and practical dish you can make at home. What makes shawarma special is the accompanying vegetables and tarator sauce, and together these elements make shawarma truly exceptional.
Ingredients

- 1/2 kg thinly sliced beef with a little fat
- 1/4 cup red vinegar
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 medium tablespoon beef shawarma spice
- 1/2 teaspoon of
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Black pepper
- Cardamom
- Salt to taste
- All spices optional

- You can add slices of onion and tomato to the meat while frying, according to preference.
Method

- Place the meat slices in the marinade made of all the spices and other ingredients; leave it in the fridge for two hours. Add a little oil and cook over low heat until done.
- Serve the beef shawarma with chopped parsley and sliced onions with a sprinkle of sumac, and with tarator or tahini sauce.

- 1/4 cup tahini
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 clove crushed garlic
