Fry the onion until it softens, then add the minced meat, spices, and salt and sauté until cooked, then set aside. Peel the potatoes, eggplant, and carrots and cut them, then fry them in oil until cooked. Arrange the vegetables, meat, and chickpeas in a tray in the shape you like (similar to the accompanying photos). Mix in a separate bowl the tomato-paste sauce with water, paprika, and salt, and pour the sauce over the vegetables so it covers them completely.
