Ingredients:

3 chicken fillet pieces, cut into strips 1 onion, sliced 3 garlic cloves, sliced A pinch of chicken seasoning 2 tablespoons corn oil 1 tablespoon butter Potato Balls: 5 boiled potatoes, mashed 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup liquid milk 1 tablespoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese 2 cups béchamel sauce, prepared previously Mozzarella for topping, with a pinch of paprika

Preparation :

Heat the oil in a pot over the heat with the butter
Add the chicken fillet and stir until the chicken changes color slightly
Add the onion, garlic, and seasonings, and stir until the chicken is cooked through
Remove the pot from the heat and set aside
Mix the boiled mashed potatoes with parsley, liquid milk, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and butter until the ingredients are well combined
Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls
Spread the chicken mixture in an ovenproof dish or Pyrex, then arrange the potato balls over the chicken
Add the béchamel sauce over the entire dish and sprinkle the mozzarella on top with a pinch of paprika
Place the dish in a medium-heated oven for thirty minutes, or until it turns golden from the bottom
Brown the cheese slightly on top
