Ingredients

  • 500 g pumpkin, cut into small cubes
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 Maggi bouillon cube

Method

  1. Melt the butter, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion softens.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Add enough water to cover the ingredients and let the water rise above them by about half a finger.
  4. Let the pot boil until the vegetables are fully cooked.
  5. Blend with an electric blender until you get a creamy soup.
  6. Adjust the salt, stir, and serve the rich pumpkin soup.
