Filling

1 cup feta cheese or Kiri (or other soft white cheese), mashed1/4 cup parsley, chopped1 egg whitea small pinch ground cinnamon

Topping

1 egg yolk1/4 cup milk1/4 teaspoon vinegarsesame seeds and nigella (black cumin) seeds for garnish

Step 1

In a deep bowl or in a stand mixer, combine all the dry ingredients and mix by hand. Then add the yogurt and oil and mix.
