1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

250 g mascarpone or any cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Ladyfinger biscuits or tiramisu fingers

For dipping:

1 cup cold chocolate drink (so fingers do not get soggy)

(hot chocolate drink)

Chocolate mixture:

200 g dark chocolate

200 g heavy cream

To garnish:

Cocoa powder or chocolate powder

Method:

Start by preparing the chocolate mixture: place the chocolate and cream in a nonstick bowl and stir until the chocolate melts.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 1 hour.
In a bowl, combine the cheese and powdered sugar and mix until smooth; in a separate bowl whip the cream with the vanilla until it doubles in volume.
Fold the cheese mixture into the whipped cream and mix again.
In serving cups or a cheesecake pan, place a little of the cream mixture.
Dip ladyfingers briefly in the cold chocolate drink and arrange some over the cream in the pan or place a few in each cup.
Spread some of the previously prepared chocolate mixture over the soaked fingers.
Repeat the layers until the cup or pan is filled, ensuring the top layer is the cream mixture; dust with cocoa powder.
Chill the chocolate tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.
