Pasta with meatballs, the original English-style recipe :) Try it!! A super practical and delicious recipe

1 kilo ground beef or lamb

500 g pasta

2 onions

2 cloves garlic

Half a cup breadcrumbs

Liquid milk, one-third cup

Salt

Black pepper, 1 teaspoon

Sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder, half a teaspoon

Cardamom, half a teaspoon

Cinnamon, half a teaspoon Ginger powder, half a teaspoon

Tomato sauce

Vegetable bouillon cube - optional (do not add salt if using it)

Mozzarella cheese - optional

Finely mince the onion and garlic in a food processor, or chop them very finely with a knife.
Put them in a pan with a little oil and stir until softened, then set aside.
Put the meat in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the breadcrumbs mixed with one-third cup milk, along with the sautéed onion and garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika, then mix well.
Shape the meat into small balls.
In the same pan, add a little oil and brown the meatballs... and just before they are fully cooked, add the cardamom, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and vegetable bouillon cube in the center of the pan after moving the meatballs to the sides... stir to get a nice sauce color.
After a short while, add a little tomato sauce and mix the sauce with the meatballs.
Place the pre-cooked pasta on a serving dish and top with the meatballs and sauce.
Finally, sprinkle a little mozzarella on top, if desired, or leave it out.
