Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Jam of any kind, as desired

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients well together.
  2. Take half of the mixture or dough and spread it in a baking tray greased with a little tahini... Put the jam you chose or have on hand on top of the mixture. Raspberry jam was used in this recipe.
  3. Grate the remaining dough over the jam.
  4. Place the tray of marbousheh in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes....
