- 2 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Jam of any kind, as desired
Method
- Mix all the ingredients well together.
- Take half of the mixture or dough and spread it in a baking tray greased with a little tahini... Put the jam you chose or have on hand on top of the mixture. Raspberry jam was used in this recipe.
- Grate the remaining dough over the jam.
- Place the tray of marbousheh in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes....Timers: 40 min
