Savory cake with cheese and fresh thyme... its flavor is very distinctive.. the kids will be very happy with it for breakfast or as a school snack

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vinegar

2 tablespoons baking powder

2 cups flour

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup olive oil

1 cup fresh thyme, washed, or 1 cup dried thyme, soaked and well squeezed

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

1 cup white cheese, cut into cubes

1/2 cup chopped black and green olives

1 cup yogurt

Beat the eggs well with the tablespoon of vinegar until the mixture turns white, then add the oil and mix well.
Add the olives, cheese, thyme, and mint, and mix with a spoon.
Sift the flour with the baking powder, add them as well, and mix well.
Finally, add the yogurt and stir with a spoon until the mixture is combined.
Prepare the pan... grease it with oil, then dust it with flour, and pour in the savory cake batter.
Let the batter rest in the pan for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, turn on the oven to preheat.
Put the pan in the oven, reduce the temperature, and bake the savory cake over medium heat for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
When the cake is done, let it cool slightly, then turn it out onto a tray and serve.
