Vanilla (plain) cupcakes — simple and delicious

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • A pinch (or a little more) of vanilla to bring out the flavor
  • 100 g butter at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and butter
  2. Gradually add the milk and flour with a pinch of salt and the baking powder, continuing to beat
  3. Pour the vanilla cupcake batter into the cupcake molds
  4. Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes
  5. Serve the vanilla cupcakes after they have cooled; you can decorate them as desired or leave them plain
