Ingredients:

1 kilogram fish fillet

1/2 cup tahini

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

5 garlic cloves

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 cup water

1/2 cup lemon slices

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup pine nuts or cashews

Black pepper to taste

Ground red chili pepper to taste

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

2 tablespoons yogurt

Salt to taste

Preparation:

Rinse the fish fillet with water and rub with salt, black pepper, and lemon slices, then brush with oil and wrap in foil.

Place the fillet on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes until cooked.

Meanwhile, prepare the fillet sauce. Sauté the crushed garlic and cilantro in a little oil, add the chopped walnuts and sauté briefly, then stir in the tahini whisked with yogurt, water and lemon juice.

Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 7 minutes until thickened. Then add hot pepper, black pepper and salt to the sauce and remove from heat.

Place the fillet on a serving dish, pour the sauce over it, and garnish with pine nuts and toasted almonds.
