  • 2 tbsp instant coffee (Nescafe) dissolved in a cup of water
  • Cocoa powder or grated chocolate for topping

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Whip all the cream ingredients together well until combined into a smooth cream
  2. Quickly dip the biscuits in the Nescafé coffee; do not leave them too long so they do not absorb too much liquid and lose their structure
  3. Arrange the biscuits in a tray or cheesecake pan or any suitable mold such as a Pyrex or ovenproof glass dish
  4. Place a layer of biscuits in the bottom of the mold, then a layer of cream, and repeat until the mixture is finished, making sure to finish with a layer of cream on top
  5. Place the mold in the refrigerator for about two hours until the tiramisu is set
  6. When serving the tiramisu, dust cocoa or grated chocolate on the surface and serve immediately
