Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whip all the cream ingredients together well until combined into a smooth cream
- Quickly dip the biscuits in the Nescafé coffee; do not leave them too long so they do not absorb too much liquid and lose their structure
- Arrange the biscuits in a tray or cheesecake pan or any suitable mold such as a Pyrex or ovenproof glass dish
- Place a layer of biscuits in the bottom of the mold, then a layer of cream, and repeat until the mixture is finished, making sure to finish with a layer of cream on top
- Place the mold in the refrigerator for about two hours until the tiramisu is set
- When serving the tiramisu, dust cocoa or grated chocolate on the surface and serve immediately
