- 3 packages of plain biscuits
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups cocoa
- 3 large bananas
- 1/2 cup sweet date molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Place the sugar, cocoa and vanilla with the water in a pot over low heat and bring to a boil; continue boiling for 8 minutes.Timers: 8 min
- Mash the bananas well and mix them with 1/2 cup sweet molasses and vanilla. Add the banana mixture to the cocoa mixture and leave on the heat for about two minutes, then pour the mixture over the biscuits and spread it in the pan. Place the lazy cake pan in the refrigerator/freezer for 3 hours.Timers: 180 min
