  • 1/2 cup sugar

Method

  1. Mix the coconut, cream, and sugar together
  2. Form the mixture into a log and cut into portions as desired or as shown in the photo
  3. Pipe small drops of chocolate onto the pieces, then place a cinnamon stick or a clove on top of each 'candle'
  4. Refrigerate the candles until serving time
