- 1 tablespoon Nescafe
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- a small pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups coarse semolina
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk mixed with 1/2 cup water
Method
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla for a little while, then add the carton of cream, cocoa powder, Nescafe, baking powder, salt, and oil, and beat well until the mixture is fully combined.
- Add the semolina and coconut and mix to get a thick batter.
- Grease a baking tray with a little oil and spread half of the batter in it.
- Spread the chocolate syrup lightly and evenly over the batter in the tray.
- Take the second half of the batter and add 1/4 cup water to it, then beat well until it becomes spreadable over the chocolate syrup in the tray.

- Turn off the bottom heat and turn on the top heat for 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- Remove the tray from the oven after the time has passed and prick holes all over the surface using a fork or a thin skewer.
- Two minutes before that, place the condensed milk and water in a saucepan over the heat, mix well, and let it cool slightly.
- As soon as the tray comes out of the oven and the holes are made, pour this milk over the entire surface.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil so it absorbs the liquid well.
- Decorate the top with chocolate shavings or as desired (optional).
