Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour (fine semolina)
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Orange juice for kneading as needed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of vanilla

Method

  1. Put all the dry ingredients with the peanut butter in the blender, then mix the jam with a spoon well... add the honey and orange juice and knead as needed until you obtain a cohesive dough
  2. Optionally, you can add 3 tablespoons honey instead of jam, and you can also increase the amount to taste for sweetness
  3. Shape the dough as desired and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes
