Spinach stew with ground meat and rice with vermicelli .. one of the tastiest and most nourishing stews .. some people like to add fried pine nuts to it

Ingredients:

1 kilo spinach

400 grams ground meat

half bunch fresh coriander

5 garlic cloves

some oil

1 tablespoon ghee

salt

a pinch of cinnamon

a pinch of sweet spice

Preparation:

Wash the spinach very well, drain it, then chop it a little coarsely
In a pot, add a little oil and stir the ground meat until it dries out and cooks through
Add a tablespoon of ghee over the meat, then the minced garlic, and stir until the garlic wilts
Add the coriander and stir until it wilts too, then add the spinach and sprinkle with a little salt and the spices, then stir
Cover the pot and leave it over low heat until the spinach wilts and cooks
Serve the spinach stew with a squeeze of lemon alongside fluffy rice
