Ingredients
- Half a kilogram (500 g) potatoes, cut into slightly large cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- Half a bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper paste (chili paste)
Method
- Deep-fry the potato cubes in plenty of oil, then drain off the oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and crushed garlic and sauté until the garlic softens.
- Add the chopped cilantro and stir, then add the previously fried potatoes.
- Add salt and the hot pepper paste, toss to combine, then remove from the heat and serve.
