- In the electric mixer, put the eggs, vanilla, sugar and oil and beat them well
- In another bowl, add the flour, baking powder, milk powder and cornstarch and mix well
- Pour the oil over the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon, then add the liquid milk and knead until a soft dough forms
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 15 minutesTimers: 15 min
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the dates and knead them well
- After the resting time, begin shaping the date biscuits by taking a piece of dough, flattening it on the table surface, placing a date shaped like a finger on top, and wrap the dough around the date so it wraps only once around the filling
- Make lengthwise fork marks without cutting through the dough—just for appearance—and cut them into pieces of the desired size
- Place the pieces on a tray lined with parchment paper or greased with oil
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes, then brown them on topTimers: 20 min
- Serve the date biscuits at room temperature
