Sfoof is a beloved dessert... Who doesn’t love sfoof for its delicious taste and how easy it is to make! Not to mention that it does not require using a mixer to combine the ingredients, since it contains no eggs.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup chickpea flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 cup milk powder 1 tablespoon turmeric Nuts for garnish

Preparation Method:

Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon
Pour the batter into a pan greased with tahini
Garnish with nuts as desired
Bake the sfoof in an oven preheated to 150°C for 45 minutes, or حسب the strength of the oven .. and make sure to place the pan on the rack so it does not burn from the bottom
Check that the sfoof is cooked through using a small wooden skewer
When the sfoof is done, brown it slightly from the top
Remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then cut and serve
