Sesame cake with a very easy recipe, and absolutely delicious... and it is certainly beneficial since the benefits of sesame are well known. A dry cake that is especially lovely with a cup of tea, of course.

Ingredients:

2 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup oil 1 cup liquid milk 1 cup sesame 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation method:

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until you get a creamy mixture and make sure the sugar dissolves completely.
Then add the oil and beat, then add the milk and beat.
Finally, add the flour with the baking powder and sesame and mix.
Pour the mixture into a pan greased with a little tahini or butter and sprinkled with flour.
Place the pan in the oven on the middle rack and bake for about half an hour over medium heat, or حسب the strength of your oven.
Let the sesame cake cool to room temperature before serving.
